1. Overview
These terms govern your purchase and use of The System Behind $10K Brand Projects (“the Product”) sold by Lucky Brands (“we,” “us,” “our”) at heylucky.co. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.
2. The Product
The Product is a digital download delivered as a Figma file (.fig). Upon successful payment you will receive instant access to download the file. No physical product is shipped. All sales are of digital goods.
3. Licence
Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for commercial client work under the following conditions:
You may use the templates on unlimited client projects
You may customize the templates with your own branding, colors, fonts, and content
Teams of up to 5 people may share access to the Product under a single licence
Teams larger than 5 people require a separate licence — contact team@heylucky.co
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or re-package the templates as your own product
You may not claim the original template designs as your own work
Lucky Brands retains full ownership of the original template designs, including all visual elements, layouts, imagery, and branding contained within the files. Your customized versions belong to you.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at team@heylucky.co within 14 days of your purchase date with proof of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
5. Intellectual Property
The Product and all its contents — including template designs, layouts, copy, imagery, and the Lucky Brands logo — remain the intellectual property of Lucky Brands. The licence granted upon purchase does not transfer ownership of the original designs. You are licensed to use and customize the templates, not to claim, resell, or redistribute them.
6. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the Product at any time. Updated versions of the Product are not automatically provided to existing customers. If you wish to access an updated version, a new purchase is required. We are not obligated to notify existing customers of updates or changes to the Product.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Brands’ total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product ($199). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.
8. No Guarantees
While the Product is built from real projects and designed to help brand designers charge more and work more efficiently, we make no guarantees of specific financial results, client outcomes, or business performance. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
